Upper Room Home Inspections knows buying a home is one of the largest investments you will make, and we want to help you make an informed buying decisions. Our home inspections are very affordable and typically range from 2-3 hours long depending on the size of the house and you are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection. No need to take notes because you will receive a comprehensive electronic, easy to read and understand report. We strive to deliver the inspection report within 24 hours after the inspection is complete. The reports are easy to navigate and defects are prioritized by colors. Each inspection component is divided into easy to read sections such as: Interior, exterior, heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc. This makes it easy to review our observations and determine which defects may need immediate attention.

Upper Room Home Inspections, LLC has an extensive service area. We service the Maryland and West Virginia. Maryland including Washington, Frederick, Allegany counties and the cities of Hagerstown, Smithsburg, Boonsboro, Hancock, Frederick, Middletown and Cumberland.
